About
The elusive question...
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy is a form of health care that aims to improve or maintain one’s functional ability – whether it be self-care, work or leisure.

Therapists enable people of all ages to live a meaningful and purpose-driven life, through the therapeutic use of functional tasks, relevant to each patient.

Occupational Therapy is a holistic view of one's physical, cognitive, sensory, social and functional ability.
